How do I activate my licence?
Find the PIN on your receipt or in your purchase email. In a licensing-enabled build, open Boom Wave, choose Activate, and enter the PIN while online. The current preview has placeholder activation controls.
My PIN is not working
Check for four groups of four characters. The PIN alphabet excludes O, I, 0 and 1. If you see a rate-limit message, wait before retrying. A PIN already bound to another Mac needs a support-assisted transfer.
I lost my activation PIN
Search your purchase inbox for “Your Boom Wave activation PIN”. If it is missing, contact support with your purchase email and PayPal transaction reference. Keep the PIN private.
How long is the trial?
The planned licensing flow provides 14 days with one optional seven-day extension. The current preview shows a local trial counter.
How many Macs can I activate?
One Mac per licence. The same device can activate again. Contact support before moving your licence.
How do I request a refund?
Contact support within 14 days of purchase with your purchase email and transaction reference.
